Please read before submission!

TERENA invites you to submit your abstract for the international TERENA Networking Conference 2014 (TNC2014). The theme of TNC2014 is 'NETWORKING WITH THE WORLD'. The conference will be held from 19-22 May 2014 in Dublin, Ireland, organised by TERENA and hosted by HEAnet, Ireland's National Education & Research Network.

STEP 1 Create or login to your account.

NOTE: In order to submit your abstract you will first have to login to the website. The website uses federated login, which means that we do not provide usernames/passwords any more; instead you can log in using your own institutional account. If your institution is not listed, you can use one of the guest providers such as Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Windows Live ID, etc. You should be aware that the credentials you initially login with (and therefore create your TNC account with) will be the credentials that are permanently linked to your TNC account. This means that it is much better to use your institutional credentials if at all possible.

All accounts from TNC2013 were migrated. If you don't remember which account you have used, please contact webmaster@terena.org

STEP 2 Submit your extended abstract.

STEP 3 Check if your account details are correct.

After you have submitted your paper: We kindly ask you to check and edit your TNC account (by clicking the 'Edit account' link at the top of the page) to make sure that the following details are correct:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (Strictly for internal use: follow up contact regarding your submission)

In order to qualify for submission, its important that all the above information is correct.

NOTE: You can update your submitted papers until 29 November 2013. If you wish to update your paper, you can use the 'Edit account' option at the top right of the TNC2014 page, and click the paper listed under 'My Submissions'.
